Wood Sawmill; One Cut at a Time

Lundar High School was a recipient of the Teachers Idea Fund last year. Mr. Loewen applied and received a grant to purchase the Wood Sawmill.  It is now part of the technology education course that he runs.  This year, students have been learning to mill wood from logs received.  Some of the milled wood is being used as the boards for the ice surface on school grounds.  This is another great skill that students in the technology education courses are learning!!!
