Learning some Real Life Skills at Alf Cuthbert School

Have you ever needed to fix a piece of clothing or sew an item that you need for your home?

Students at Alf Cuthbert School are learning to plan, develop, cut, pin and create items of use for their homes.

Creating scrub brushes, floor turtles, junk journals which involve useful items for our homes, creativity, recycling and many math skills.  Students will also be following patterns, measurement and honing their sewing skills to create their own PJ shorts and many other items over the school year.  Skills that will benefit them throughout their lives!
