ACS Launches Rocket

Physics students launch rockets at ACS

Students collaborated to build rockets that supported real rocket engines from everyday materials. We were able to apply our knowledge of Newton's 3 laws and force-body diagrams to the phenomena that occurred right in front of us! Some of these rockets went 200+ meters in the air.
